A Lifetime in Southern Utah,

Dedicated to Service

Built by St. George

Born in Cedar City and a resident of St. George since the age of three, Natalie has grown up in the community that shaped who she is. From afternoons at the old city pool to stops at Judd’s Store, and evenings at the Roundup or football games at the historic Sun Bowl—where you could smell the dairies on a warm day—St. George was the ideal place to grow up.

Natalie’s parents, Hal and Uldene Norton, were both dedicated educators. Her father served as the athletic director at Dixie Jr. College, and her mother taught at West Elementary. Natalie graduated from Dixie Jr. College and, as a curious and active learner, has earned over 100 credit hours throughout the years.

Focused on Family and Heritage

Together with her husband, Milton Larsen, and his parents, Gale and Darlene Larsen, they owned and operated Larsen’s Frostop until selling the business in 2002. Today, the Larsens continue to own small businesses, with Milt managing daily operations, while Natalie works as a real estate professional.

Milt and Natalie are the proud parents of five children—Joshua (deceased), Victoria, Brooklyn, Mikala, and Brandt—and are blessed with five wonderful grandchildren who remind Natalie about the importance of ensuring a bright future for the rising generations.
